Mark Koshko DVM | ||||||||||
A native of Clarence, Dr. Mark Koshko received his B.S. in Biology, with
honors, from California University of Pennsylvania. He graduated with
a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Purdue University in 2003.
He worked his way through college in a variety of jobs, including six years
as a veterinary technician for Metzger Animal Hospital before becoming the
hospital’s newest doctor.Dr. Koshko had the unique opportunity to pursue specialized training with internal medicine specialist Dr. Brad Hines at the Veterinary Referral Center in Dallas, Texas. He assisted Dr. Hines in numerous referral cases and received intensive training in cardiac and abdominal ultrasound. Dr. Koshko also has been recently published for his work on Canine Cushing’s Disease. Mark resides in Pennsylvania Furnace with his two rescued cats, Maggie and Riley, and Savvy, a rescued senior Shiloh Shepherd. Medical interests include internal medicine, Ultrasonography, and clinical pathology. In his free time, Mark enjoys mountain biking, playing golf, and weightlifting. | ||||||||||
